Job Description: As an AI Researcher with a focus on Agentic AI, you will pioneer the development of autonomous AI agents that can perceive, reason, and act in dynamic environments. Your work will advance the company’s capabilities in intelligent automation, decision-making systems, and adaptive AI solutions. You will bridge theoretical research with practical applications, ensuring our AI agents deliver measurable impact across industries. You will contribute to publications, patents, and real-world AI solutions that drive innovation across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on agentic architectures, multi-agent systems, and autonomous decision-making frameworks.
  • Design and implement AI agents capable of long-term planning, self-reflection, and adaptive learning.
  • Explore integration of LLMs (Large Language Models) with agentic frameworks for enhanced reasoning and contextual awareness.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy agentic AI solutions in real-world corporate workflows.
  • Publish findings in top-tier AI conferences and contribute to patents and intellectual property.
  • Evaluate ethical, safety, and governance considerations in agentic AI deployment.
  • Mentor junior researchers and foster innovation within the AI research team.

Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. or Master’s in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields.
  • Strong expertise in reinforcement learning, planning algorithms, and autonomous systems.
  • Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
  • Experience with multi-agent simulations, agent-based modeling, or LLM-driven agents.
  • Proven track record of research publications or applied AI projects.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT, or custom agentic pipelines).
  • Knowledge of AI safety, alignment, and explainability.
  • Experience in deploying agentic AI on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong communication skills to present complex concepts to technical and business stakeholders.
