Placement Officer

Posts are open for Placement Officer

Job Description:

  • Reach out to MNCs, Consultants, and other clients and onboard them for hiring from us via Calls, Emails etc
  • Understand the hiring requirements of the Companies and cater to them with relevant candidates
  • Share job openings to the ongoing batches for the pre-placement opportunities
  • Shortlisting candidates for the relevant job openings, forwarding their profiles and following up with the recruiters
  • Inviting companies for Placement Drives.
  • Submit monthly placement reports to the management.
  • Screening resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
  • Taking the Initial round of telephonic interviews.
  • Shortlist candidates and share the details with the Hiring Managers of partner companies.
  • Schedule and confirm interviews as per the hiring manager and candidates’ availability.
  • Supervise the receiving of job orders from employers; match students and graduates to jobs and maintain records of students and graduates placed in jobs.
  • Maintain a database of potential employers and companies we have tied up with and constantly update new contacts on a regular basis
  • Oversee daily operations of the department.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English proficiency)
  • Should be well versed with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.)
  • Knowledge of MNCs and their various hiring requirements will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient LinkedIn user and open to learning new tools/platforms for outreach
